Ritsu is very timid but ultimately a very kind person, just extremely lacking in self confidence and not great at giving a quiet (or neccessary) apology which seems to be genetic from their mother Okami. Megumi is not a very talkative boy, he bears a striking resemblance to his sister Saki, but they don't see it themselves. Because of how large their family is, instead of a bedroom Megumi sleeps in Saki's closet. He is very perceptive and he has the ability to place curses on people using their name, or at least he claims to. He's very aware of the ins and outs of relationships and tries to guide people off of the wrong path. He also shares his sister's gothic demeanor and scariness.

Okami is the hostess of the Sohma family hotspring. Only members of the Sohma family are allowed to go there, but Tohru is allowed as an exception. Okami stays at the hotspring mainly due to her poor health since it seems to help her feel a bit better. She is respectful and considerate but she does tend to jump to conclusions and burst into fits of frantic apologies. Her child is Ritsu and she hopes that Tohru will be as close to Ritsu as she is to Yuki and Kyo.

Kazuma is the martial art master that trained Kyo, Yuki, Kagura, Hatsuharu, and many others. He is the adoptive father of Kyo after Kyo's mother passed away. He adopted Kyo because he felt guilt about the life the previous host of the cat lived. The previous host was also Kazuma's grandfather.

Most of the Sohma family is afraid of Akito and will follow his orders no matter what their personal feelings may be. He upholds his power using any methods he sees fit. Be it physical, psychological, or verbal abuse as well as any other host of things.

Tohru's beloved mother, she left a great impact in the lives of those she left behind after she died in a car accident on her way to work.
In her youth Kyoko was a gang member known as the "Red Butterfly" because the red lights on the back of her motorbike were all you would see of her.
Because of her rebellious streak she ended up estranged from her family and did not finish highschool. Though she always wished she had and asked Tohru to tell her what it feels like to hold the diploma when she graduates. She had to work very hard to make ends meet and give Tohru the best life she could after her husband passed away from an illness. She rescued Arisa from the gang she was in and helped her to heal both physically and mentally. Even after her death Tohru carries her picture and looks to her for guidance.

Hatori's first love and former fianceé. Kana is a cheerful young woman who likes to see the bright side of things, a natural foil to Hatori's cold outlook on life. Akito did not approve of this happening without his knowledge and forbade it. Kana does not know she was ever in love with Hatori.

Name: Mokoto Minagawa

President of the Prince Yuki Fanclub, Mokoto is a very obsessive stalker towards Yuki. Yuki knows her at most as an acquaintance but she became madly in love with him because he said hello to her. Mitsuru or "Mitchan" as Shigure calls her, spends most of her time chasing down Shigure so she can do her job. Shigure delights in torturing Mitsuru by doing things such as not doing any work before deadlines come up and then delivering the manuscript after he has tricked her in a thousand ways and leaving without any way for her to contact him. It is a wonder she hasn't quit yet.
